I've had some weird patients in the past but never in my life have I ever had one like this. Now, with me being a doctor myself, you're probably confused as to why I am saying the fact I have never had a patient like this before... you see, here at the S.M.I.A we tend to have the insane who are criminally dangerous and a hazard to the world. It is my job to fix them in order to get them back to normal and into the modern world. We test drugs on them until they're smiling and happy, known as better and fixed! We've never failed a patient yet... and we don't intend to... anyway, back to my point... this morning, a patient was brought to my office so I could see what was wrong and see if he had to stay so I could fix him. He came in calmly at first, sat down and we had a chat about why he was here. But then suddenly, he started screaming. Words blurted out of his mouth which were mostly "fuck you" and other violent threats. I honestly thought he was going to grab the closest thing and stab me to death... so I already knew he needed fixing before it was too late. I quickly told my assistant to take him into a room where he could calm down... and he did... but not the way I wanted him to... he just carried on punching the metal walls, even after his knuckles started to bleed from the violence... he's got bandaged hands and is in a padded room now... we managed to knock him out with a drug... now, I'm not sure what the symptoms are yet... but... the fact is his thoughts and emotions are unstable... oh! It's been an hour already! Time to give him his medicine...
