The Dream That Gave Me A Lover

Chapter 1: The Year Before

(The two schools that are within this story are fake simply because I don't want to reveal where I live, even though some of y'all might not know where the real locations are.)

Author's POV-
As Peyton was about to get out of the car she stuttered and didn't want to get out. The people she knew this was the day she had to say goodbye to. She was terrified to say goodbye, because she knew that this was probably the last time she would see them. She knew this was the last time at Falcon High. She was nervous to even show her face. She had no clue how her friends were to react.

She got out of the car and headed toward the school gym where she would meet her friends and spend the last day of school, for their fun day.

Anna's POV-
Peyton approached me and Amada, but instead of her normal happy smile, she had a grim look upon her face. That was unnatural for Peyton. We have seen her like this, but that was when she had to say good bye to Emma.

And then it hit me she had been talking about having to transfer schools. She had two choices. Wolfland Academy or Horseland High. She chose Wolfland Academy, due to the fact that Horseland High was overcrowded. Her mom had work there a couple years before, but the overpopulation had gotten worse since.

"You okay?" I asked concerned for her well being.

"Yeah I'll be fine once this day is done." She said depressed like.

Amada looked worried for Peyton. She seemed to know all to well what Peyton was going through.

"Anna, we need to help Peyton." She stated. I nodded my head in agreement.

Peyton's POV-

While trying to do my work in class I started to write two seperate notes to Anna and Amada to say good bye.

When class was over I slipped the notes into the lockers and told my friends goodbye at school for the last time.
