Shout Out At The Orion

"Hey Shinomiya-san," "Just call me Natsuki, Kazu-chan!" Pointing at the corner of his glasses, I spoke up. "Uh sure, if that's what you want. There's something on your glasses."

Plugging in the bass, I took a pick. "Natsuki are you-" When I lifted my head up, I was met with a face that looked nothing like Natsuki's.

"Natsuki?" "Wrong." He glared at me. Did I do something wrong? "Natsuki, are you okay?" Putting my hand on his forehead, his temperature seemed normal.

"Are you not feeling too well?" Suddenly grabbing my hand, he pinned me against the wall. "Don't address him so casually, Kazu-chan."

His entire being seemed to be seething with anger. "Are you okay? Natsuki?" "As I said, I'm not Natsuki." Is he okay?

"Okay then, who are you?" He smirked, as he brought his face closer to mine. "I'm the dark side of Shinomiya Natsuki, my name is Stasuki." I'm probably just hallucinating right? Have I gone mad? Has he gone mad?

"Okay, then. And can you please release me? The position we're in is actually rather misleading in case you haven't you haven't noticed."

"You dare to give me orders?" I raised my eyebrows. Did he get up on the wrong side of bed or something? And where's his glasses?

"I mean, last time I checked, you aren't exactly of a higher status than me, nor are you someone I need to respect so yes, I think I'm in a position to be telling you to let me go. A compromising one in fact."

As he released me, his lips curled up into a less sinister smile. "You're pretty interesting. I can see why Natsuki is interested in you."

"Is that so?" Picking up the pick that has fallen on the floor, I walked towards the bass. "Natsuki has multiple personalities doesn't he?" I came to a realization.

"You're quite the smart little thing aren't you?" I shrugged. "I wouldn't call myself smart, but it seems like the only logical explanation at this point. Hence my guess.

"Anyways, do you want me to play the song?" He didn't say anything as he just looked at the score that was on the piano.

"Play it." "Huh?" His face turned into one of irritation, one Satsuki seemed to show normally. "I said, play it." Geez, he needs to take a chill pill or something.

Behind his back, I quickly put the glasses that were on the floor into my pocket. This might come in handy. Picking up the bass, I started to play.

Buzzing shadow minds.
Almost driven to madness: "Who am I?"
Leading the night moon.

My eyes widened in shock. Are those his lyrics to the song?

Comfortable dark wind,
Bright shining sky.
But even so, I long for the sunrise

At the corner of my eye, I could see the security camera turning as its eye faced us with a whirring sound.

Shadows and light, you and I
Come closer.
Asking each other... "real" or "fake"?

My heart sings and shouts,
"Be a color that suits you!"

Orion in the sky, burning strongly.
The flames of your heart,

Should be like that.
And it's how you should live.

Good and evil taking pompously.
You should exhaust the problem.
Gemini syndrome!

"A-amazing... Satsuki, did you just come up with that?" He narrowed his eyes at me. "What? Is there a problem?"

A problem? He's a genius!! To able to compose something like that in an instant, why isn't he in class S? Or already an idol for that matter?

"N-no, it's just that it wa-" A knock on the door cut me off. As the door opened, I'm met face to face with a male classmate of mine.

"U-uh u-um, Fujikawa-san, um.. " my expression couldn't help but change to one of confusion as the normally happy go lucky classmate in front of me is reduced to such a blushing mess.

"You can do it, Satonaka!!" A cheer came from the hallway, causing the brunette in front of me to blush even harder.

Lifting his head upwards, he momentarily met my eyes before hastily looking away. "What I meant to say was er, I know of- I mean would you- "

He facepalmed. "Uh I mean, are you free? I mean like not now, butwouldyouliketomaybeprobablygetcoffeesometime?"

He's not asking me out right? I mean, it's me we're talking about here. There's not way that's happening. Don't flatter yourself Kazuko. He probably wants help with something. Yeah, that's probably it. Not to mention, this academy has a no love rule.

"Why not? I mean, just let me know the date and if it fits my schedule, sure." His face lit up. Before he could give a response however, a fist came flying at him, making a dent on the wall right next to him.

"Stay away from her. She's mine." Satsuki?? Stunned, Satonaka just stood there, his flushed face turning pale almost instantly.

"Didn't you hear what I said? I said stay away. Leave. Now." With that, a hand snaked around my waist, pulling me closer to him.

"Y-yes! Right away!" Terrified for his life, he ran off immediately, slamming the door in his haste. As the blonde glared at the brunette's after image, I quickly took out the glasses and put it on him.

"Huh?" Looking around quizzically, the blonde seemed confused. "Kazu-chan? Ah! Why am I?" Quickly letting go of me, he apologized. Natsuki is back.

I was just about to heave a big sigh of relief when the window burst open. "Holy shit!" I cursed out loud as Shining came flying in.

"Miss Fujikawa, I come bearing good news!" Can't he appear normally??? I mean doors exists right?? "Congratulations! You have been given a chance to prove yourself!"

Hearing that just gave me an ominous feeling. "I need you to compose and sing a piece of your very own for the recording contest!"

"Wahh that's great Kazu-chan!!" Crushed in a tight hug that literally squeezed the air out of me, I couldn't help but feel irritated.

"Oh, and Miss Fujikawa. If you would like, I can bend the no love rule specifically for you! With that, thank you!" And out the window he goes.

What the hell just happened here.

Author's notes: So firstly, apologies if Satsuki is too ooc here, I don't really have much experience writing/seeing him in non smut or one shot contexts so I'm not very sure on how to write him as a character. Also, I have no idea how to write Shining too, so uh yeah. Regardless, thanks for reading! :3
