Everything came into focus as I woke up, today was fundraiser day which meant me and Lee had to get our booth ready. Our booth wasn't what you would expect, it wasn't a sweet booth, it wasn't a drink booth, and it certainly WASN'T A DUNKING BOOTH.
So let me update you:
I was walking through to get to my locker when someone called my name
"Elle, wait up" Lee called out. As soon as he spoke I knew who it was. We had grown up together. We were born at the same time in the same month and on the same day. He is like my brother.
"What's up Leonard?" I laughed. Luke hated being called Lucas so I always call him it
"Did you just call me...." Lee struggled to say it
"Leonard?"
"Yeah... that"
"Yeah I did" I laughed " whats up Lee"
"So our Booth, do you still want to do the first idea. I mean we don't have to but we really need to decided on what we are doing."
"I know but a sweet booth, really that's original" we had been trying to figure out what no one would be doing but it was really hard.
"yeah but what else are we going........" I tuned Lee out as his older brother walked past me. I've always had a thing for Noah and as far as I can tell he has a thing for me to.
There was a time last summer when I was waiting for Lee in their kitchen and Noah walk in. He sat down in front of me and started telling me how beautiful I looked and i was only wearing jeans and a t-shirt and my hair was in a messy bun. I couldn't tell if he was just messing around or not so I just smiled every time we saw each is was really awkward. near the end of the summer me and Noah were sitting out on their decking and Noah was sitting on the deck chair closest to the one i was sitting on. the next thing i know he's saying my name, i look over at him and he kisses me. It wasn't a kiss that would have put us in a relationship, it was just a little peck. but it still felt really good.
"I know what we are going to do......" i started
