2005

NorthRidgeHigh school, 8am

Students walk sluggishly into their classes, the winter had begun; the cold winter had many wearing thick and heavy winter coats. At the school gate a red pickup truck had pulled over, in it was a man and his daughter.

"I don't feel good about this" Kelly said looking at all the other students. She feels intimidated by all the rich kids.

"You don't have to feel a thing, this wouldn't be like your old school" Bruce said kissing her forehead

"But I'm different from them"

"You're not, you are just like them" he encouraged, lying.

"Please don't try to encourage me, you know what I can do, I hurt people around me" she argued.

He exhales and holds her hand tightly.

"I love you and I know you'll get over this, it's just a phase" he said

"What's wrong with me dad?" Kelly asks

"Nothing darling, nothing at all"

"Stop lying to me!" she said angrily, her father chokes and she walks out of the car angrily with tears in her eyes and he stops choking.

"Kelly!" he calls her back.

"Just go away" she walks into school

Bruce looks at her with fear in his eyes and drives away.

In class Kelly looks out the window, the teacher notices it and taps her.

"Do you have anything in your mind to share with the class?" she asks

"Maybe she's just stupid" a girl says and the entire class laughs

Kelly's mood suddenly changes, she is sad and walks out of class into the hall way crying and the class continues to laugh.

"That wasn't nice of you all" the teacher says with anger in her tone to the class and they all apologized.

Kelly walks out of the school and some bullies stop her.

"Who do we have here?" Ben says while touching her hand

"I'm sorry I want to be alone please" Kelly pushes his hand away

"I want to be with you" he leans to forcefully her kiss and she pushes him away.

"What's your problem?" she said moving away from him.

"Did you just push me away?" he  grabs her hand, hurting her.

Her blood boiled with rage as she struggles to break free from his grip and he pulls her closer to him.

"Let me go!" she said, her hands vibrate furiously.

"When I want something I get it" he slaps her to the ground, tears fills her eyes from the fury of the slap. Her anger rises; he drags her by the head and pulls her up.

"I said let me go!" she exclaims, he flies to hit his head on marble slab and blood flows from his head.

"You killed him" a boy said feeling his pulse "he's dead!"

"I didn't mean to kill him" she said moving away from the corpse and the bells ring for recess, all the students come out to play and sees the dead body.

"What did you do to him?" everyone murmured

"It's not what you think really" she explained.

"Freak!" everyone shouted at her as they booed her.

Sirens and helicopters blades were heard coming closer. It was the anti-meta squad; they all came down with guns and electric sticks pointing at her.

"Put your hands exactly where we can see them" a voice is heard behind the barricade of soldiers.

"Please it's not what you think; I didn't mean to kill him" she said lifting her hands up high and they put a collar on her neck.

"Say that to the judge." A soldier said while taking her away.

That was the last day I ever set my eyes on normal people, even the sun
