Finding bella

Edwards pov

As I was running at vamp speed in the woods i saw a mountain lion (my favorite)

I heard a simple whimper I ran to it but smell human I ran to where I heard it. I saw a bush looked at the bush and saw a little girl with her eyes closed and she was crying in her sleep.

The child looked 1week old .I saw something shiny on her wrist, it was a bracelet with Isabella Marie swan.

I picked the baby and she felt cold,i took off my jacket and put it on her, But she still felt cold. I ran home,with her cradled in my arms. I put her head on my shoulder, as I got to the front door I felt the urge to protect her not let anybody touch her.

As I walked through the door everyone was there Emmett,Esme,Carlisle,Alice,jasper,Rosalie.

Everyone turned and looked at me.

Rosalie came over to me slowly and reached for Bella I hissed at her and then everybody looked at me.

I gave a apologetic look. she smiled and I unwillingly gave the child to Bella. Carlisle came over and asked me where I found her. I told him how I was hunting and I found her in the bushes. I heard Esme's thoughts (Edward can read minds).

Esme's thoughts:how could someone do this to a child leave her in a bush.

I looked at Esme and smiled at her.

She gave me a small smile, Alice jumped up an down saying she saw a vision (Alice can see the future)

That we would raise Bella, I smiled at the thought of us raising her how beautiful she would be.we all voted that we would keep Bella Alice grabbed jasper Rosalie and Emmett, and told us that they where gonna go shopping for her room.Bella would have the spare bedroom next to mine.Bella yawned Esme had a bottle in her hands with baby formula.Esme handed me the bottle.

I gave it to Bella and she sucked it down greedily ,when Bella finished she yawned, I gave Esme a thank you and I went upstairs I laid Bella down and I laid next to her and she fell asleep.
