A Different Path (Growing Up)

Character Recap *Not a Chapter

Tatsui Aishi - A rather plain looking man with brown eyes and brown hair - The Father of Ayano Aishi. Ryoba forced him to marry her at a very young age, and was eventually trusted into parenthood as well. Once held resentment for Ryoba and even Ayano once before, when Ryoba died he felt very unsure what to do now. He decides to continue raising Ayano, hoping that she would grow up to be her own person instead of a replica of what he considers is the Aishi curse. Very trustworthy and often comes across as a puppy in need of attention, the youngest out of the group of parents he and Ayano made friends with, though he's become very asexual. And found himself scared of women in general, especially with those who flirt with him. 

Nemesis Otoro - A boy with curly black hair that slightly covers one eye and has red eyes - The son of Tsumura and Keita Otoro, and considers himself Ayano's best friend. Often pulls Ayano everywhere with him, and though he acts very annoyed with Ayano he truly does treasure her as he has a tough time making friends with other children. His favorite show is Go Go Ninja, and hates anyone who does not like it. Often argues with Osano because of it. 

Tsumura Otoro - Short black curly hair and magenta eyes - The wife and mother of Keita Otoro and Nemesis Otoro respectively. She lives as a homemaker, and is always very cheerful. She's very welcoming and cares for everyone around her. Her favorite hobby is to dress up Nemesis and Ayano up. Currently housing Kasumi and Oko Ruto. 

Keita Otoro - Short black hair and grey eyes - The husband and father of Tsumura Otoro and Nemesis Otoro respectively. Very devoted to his wife, and works as a businessman. 

Okabe Rito - Dark-blond hair cut into a bob and blue eyes - A very energetic woman who has a habit to call those close to her 'Sistah' or 'Brother'. Loves being very active and works as a coach for children's sport. 

Aso Rito - Short dark-blond hair and blue eyes - The son of Okabe Rito. Practically a male copy of his Mom. Very energetic and loves being very active. Always seen with a bright smile and does his best to cheer up his friends. Usually very single-minded when it comes to anything sports-related. 

Shirai Najimi - Light brown hair tied into a short ponytail and orange eyes - A cheerful man who loved taking pictures for his sick wife, Yuna Najimi. Dotes over Osano, much to his embarrassment. 

Yuna Najimi - Red-Pinkish long hair and light pink eyes - Often very sick and spends most of her time in the hospital. Always looking forward to Shirai's and Osano's visits, as well as the pictures for her scrapbook. Acts very cheerful and tends to embarrass Osano in front of his friends. One day wishes to finally be able to leave the hospital healthy. 

Osano Najimi - Orange hair and orange eyes - Exciteable and usually tries to act cool, especially in front of the Ayano. Gets embarrass very easily and also very hot-headed. Though not having fully develop his tsundere ways, he's slowly getting there. Loves watching Ultra Super Samurais, and often gets into arguments with Nemesis with that. 

Kasumi Ruto - Long-silver hair tied into a bun and ice-blue eyes - At first glance she looks very cold and serious, but really she's very clumsy and socially awkward. Takes her job very seriously as a doctor and dotes over her only son, often coming across as overprotective over Oko. Currently staying with the Otoro Family. Becomes very nervous when talking about her home. 

Oko Ruto - Long black hair that slightly covers his violet eyes - A very shy and quiet voice that stutters. Usually clings to those he's familiar with, usually either his Mom, Tsumura, or even Ayano and Nemesis. The eldest of the group and is currently going to school. Currently staying with the Otoro Family. 

Hanako Yamada - Short brown hair and bambi brown eyes - Very clingy towards his brother or Ayano who he sees as a sister, and cries very easily when they're not around. Around them he becomes very chatty and very happy. The youngest child of the group. 

Taro Yamada - Short brown hair and brown eyes - Very lax and can be somewhat boring, also loves eating and reading. He usually goes with the flow. The eldest of the group and is currently going to school. 

Info-kun / Joho Teikyosha - Red-hair, red eyes, and red glasses - Ayano's new neighbor and is diagnosed with Agoraphobia. Only talks to Ayano through notes or his Uncle. Often bothers Ayano for jello cups at night, or just annoys her in general. Has found a way to open Ayano's closed windows much to her chagrin. 

Amao Odoyaka - Brown hair and green eyes - A very cheerful and calm boy who tends to mother Ayano every chance he has. Also has a habit of feeding her and his friends lots of cupcakes he bakes. One day wishes to become a baker.

Mae Odoyaka - Light brown hair and dark green eyes - The 2nd eldest of the Odoyaka Family, is currently in her first year of Akedemi High. 

Mujo Kina - Pink hair with slight curls in front and pink eyes - A 2nd year in Akedemi High, aspires to one day be a nurse. Carries a first aid kit everywhere, tends to be very absentminded and clumsy at times. 

Mido Rana - Brown hair with a long strand between his eyes and red eyes - A 2nd year in Akedemi High and tends to be a big flirt. 

Hatoshi Masuta - Dark brown hair and dark brown eyes - A recently widowed Father, went to Akademi High with Tatsui and Ryoba. Never knew Ryoba's true nature. Moved away a few days later after the funeral. 

Budo Masuta - Black hair with black/gray eyes - Usually a confident and happy boy, he was quite distressed when his Mother died. Clung instantly to Ayano during his Mother's funeral, and was quite saddened when he could not say his goodbyes to Ayano before moving away a few days later. 

Rina Sunobu - Royal-blue hair and violet eyes - Described as an elegant woman who dreams to become a singer. Travels around the world with her husband and son. Knew Tsumura since Elementary School. 

Kizano Sunobu -Dark purple hair and purple eyes - A very loud and outspoken boy who one day aspires to be on stage.
