It's been a year now since everything happened. I go by a new name now: Famousblood. I left the city and met new people. Well just one right now. I'm not sure what her real name is but she goes by Vampire Venom. We are part of this new group called Killjoys. Vampire Venom has told me stories of other people that have escaped Bli group. I've told her about my past. I'm glad that her and Bethiebaby get along.
we were sitting around a fire and Vampire Venom started explaining how the group started. These guys named Funghoul, Party Poison, Jet star and Kobra kid started it after everything happened. Vampire Venom said that she had met them a while back. They were killing some of the Bli group that got in their way. To me they sound really cool. I want to meet them,mostly Party Poison and Fun ghoul because Vampire Venom said they were hot. She even got to go on a mission to save their friend. Bethiebaby and I were so into the stories that we didn't watch the time. Our camp was already set up and I was getting tired. I said goodnight to them and Bethiebaby said that she was going to stay up a little bit more. I guess she really wanted to know more about the original Killjoys.
I had woken up when Bethiebaby finally came in. the sun was just starting to come up. Bethiebaby kissed my cheek and said that we had to pack up and leave. By the tone in her voice I could tell that we weren't in a hurry. But I still got up and got our stuff packed up.
We walked over to Vampire Venom and she had some food made up for all of us. But I noticed that instead of 3 plates there were 4. When I went to bed last night there were the three of us . I looked at Vampire Venom and Bethiebaby. Vampire Venom had a straight face on and Bethiebaby was smiling like she knew something. Then I suddenly felt another presence standing behind me. Bethiebaby's smile got bigger and she ran behind me. I turned around and there was an older girl standing there. Bethiebaby hugged her and then came back and took my hand. I'm guessing that sometime during the night they found her. "Hi my name is Hungry hobbit." She looked at me with a kind smile on. "You must be Famousblood. Bethiebaby hasn't stopped talking about you." I looked over at Bethiebaby and she nudged my arm. I looked back at Hungry hobbit and said "Yes I'm famousblood, Excuse me I must go take my meds." Then I walked back to where my bag was. I could hear Bethiebaby talking to them. Just from talking to her for a few short seconds I can already tell that she was a very hyper person. Something about her told me that we were going to be good friends.
Bethiebaby walked over to me and kissed me. "Honey bear, we need to get going." There was something in her voice that said she was really wanting to go. (A/N Honey bear is what my girlfriend calls me.) I got my bag and we walked over to them." What is the goal for today?" I asked Vampire Venom. She pulled out her map and a marker. She pointed to the spot that we are now and crossed it off. Our goal was to go to every city and find all the Killjoys and take down Bli. We knew that it would take a while. We don't have a car so we walk during the day and camp anywhere when it's too dark to see. Food is hard to find when you are in the middle of nowhere.
At night before I fall asleep I think of what life would be like if there were no Bli. Well I know that I wouldn't have met the friends I have now. I wouldn't have heard about the cool things that Vampire Venom has done. Or about the original killjoys. Life would have been boring I guess. No adventures to go on. Yep boring as hell.
Bethiebaby came over to me and kissed me. "You look like you're lost in thought honey bear." "Yeah I am I guess. So many things are running through my mind right now." I told her. Why I 'm thinking about random crap right now I have no idea. " Do you want to talk about it?" She asked me. I know I should tell her but...ah screw it I know she will help me. "It's just that I miss our old life. I know this one is fun and we have new friends but I miss it when it was just you and me." I let out a breath that I didn't know I was holding in. Bethiebaby wrapped her arms around me. "Honey bear, think of it this way it's still you and I but with more friends. Nothing is going to change that. It will always be you and I forever. I love you. You know that right?"After what she said it took me a minute to answer. Yes I do know that she loves me but is it always going to be like this? I know I shouldn't be doubting because I know that whatever happens she will always be there. I didn't get the chance to answer because Hungry hobbit walked in screaming.
" What is it?" Bethiebaby asked her. "You don't hear it? There's a huge fire and it's spreading so fast! We have to leave now or else we will be burnt to a crisp!" Hungry hobbit said. I wasn't to sure if she was telling the truth because I didn't hear anything. If there was a fire where was Vampire Venom and why didn't she come over with Hungry hobbit too? "How far away is it?" Bethiebaby asked. "About half a mile away from the camp site." Hungry hobbit said. "Do you know how it started?" Bethiebaby asked. "No why are we just standing here? We have to go!" Hungry hobbit shouted. I was in complete shock. My whole body was frozen in place. My mind was numb. I couldn't think. My body was telling me to do something but my mind was trying to put the information together. Bethiebaby looked at me. She had a very confused but worried look on her face. "Honey bear are you OK? Your face is very pale." I still couldn't move let alone form a sentence to answer. What was wrong with me? Nothing was really wrong. But yet I had this irrational fear of something. Images started showing in my head. Old memories that I've tried to block out showed if how scared I was when I was little. Fire as high as the clear blue sky. Black smoke blowing in the wind rising up from the fire. These were memories of the big mansion that was across the street from the house that my family lived in a little after I turned 3. They've been my night mares for ever now and now they have surfaced to my mind to haunt me.
Finally I was able to move. To look up at every one that was around me. Bethiebaby to my left, Hungry hobbit in the door way and Vampire Venom behind her. All of them with a worried look on their faces, starring at me. My expression was blank. I was starring past them. The images that were forever in my mind, flashing before my eyes. I looked closer past them and I see the black smoke coming right for us. All I could think is save them. The smoke was so close that tears stung my eyes. I saw a shadow of a human coming out of the black smoke. As the shadow came closer I could see more detail. It was a girl. She was pretty. She came running into our camp. She ran into the back of Vampire Venom and fell on her back. vampire Venom turned around and saw the girl. The girl looked at Vampire Venom. i could see that she knew Vampire Venom just by the look in her eyes. She jumped up into Vampire Venom's arms. She started to speak but it was English. It sounded like French. Vampire venom and the girl started talking. I looked at Bethiebaby wondering what they were saying. Bethiebaby just shrugged her arms. "Who are you?" I asked the girl. She looked over at me like she doesn't understand. Vampire Venom tells her what I said. "I take it she doesn't speak English just yet?" I looked at Vampire Venom. "No this is the girl I helped save with the original Killjoys." She explains. Every ones face turns into a look of understanding then back to confusion. "Why is she here then?" Bethiebaby asks. The girl starts talking really fast again yo vampire Venom. She replies with 3 words. I may not know French but I understood what was going on.
Vampire Venom turns to us and looks directly at me. "The leader is very close. He has his clones with him."
