Change hue and balance colors to match the cover. Duplicate the smoke layer and mirror it on the other side, from the toolbar on the right. Fourth icon from the top.

On a layer above the sword, we are going to add inner glow from the filters. This step is mostly for fantasy and mystery/thriller graphics.
