Its dark. The only light that shown was the light of the moon. Whispers filled the night as well as the crackle of fire. Among the fire sat a man, a woman, and a old healer. The three sat and whispered, the woman spoke first.
"She can't find out what she truely is... Shes far too young to under stand."
The womans voice was gentle but carried a faint urgent tone to it. The healer spoke, her voice was choked and grizzly like bees within their hive,
"But keep it from her, can cause great pain. If you wait, she will never know how to use her power."
The man hung held his head low and spoke with a deep voice of grieving.
"She CAN'T know. We will wait, we will wait till shes old enough to shift then we will let her know." The woman nodded her head in agreement. The old healer let out a sigh, she then looked up at the two standing before her. "You have been warned. I have done all i could to help her," the heal looked at the woman ", for now shes safe, keep it that way."
The man and the woman thanked the healer. "For now," said the man in a low tone ,"we part ways." The man then turned away from the fire and began to run. The man jumped in to the cold air, almost in an instant, the man's skin was replaced with locks of dark fur and his hands turned into claws.
A wolf , who the former man, ran into the darkness. The healer turned to the woman ,"I wish you the best." The woman nodded to the healer.
The healer then raised her arms and whispered something to herself. A green glow then lit the healers skin. And as fast as the healer was there, she was gone.
Now there was only the woman. She sat besided the fire and spoke in a soft voice, "Only when shes old enough, and only then I'll tell her. Till then, I'll protect her," she the sat in the night and waited for dawns first light.
