Fire and ice

Chapter 1

(Alex's POV) 

            My sister was in her room she read and read it was dinner time. "This soup burns my tough really bad" said hope."It's not really that hot sis are you ok or not ok" I said. "Well maybe it is hot honey can you eat cereal pls" said my mom. So we ate cereal instead of soup nd it wasn't even the morning. We went to sleep my window was opened and it was cold,so I closed the windows. It was the morning I changing and when I was done I went down stairs to get a drink. I saw my sister touching the ice "sis I told you not to touch the ice" I said. "I can't help myself it feels cool" hope said.

(Hope's POV)

          When I touch my brother he feels warm and when he is right next to me I get very hot. I can't help myself touching the ice it feels cold,but is not that cold. My parents are hiding something from me ,but I don't know what. So I grabbed my brother's hand "hot hot hot why is your hand always hot all the time" I said. "I don't know" Alex said. "Come on let's go let mom and dad what are they hiding about us" I said. "Why" Alex said. "Because your hand is always hot and while my hand is cold" I said "go point" Alex said. We went to my parents is room and open the door they were at their bed. "Mom and dad I know you are hiding something from us,and you have to the tell us right now" I said screaming. "Fine you and your brother have powers you have ice while your brother has fire powers" my mom said. "But you don't know how to use them" said my dad. "You guys need to go to power school and plus your the most power full kids in powers school" my mom said. I can't believe I'm going to power school ugh. 

(Alex's POV)

                   It was the morning I dress up and went down stairs  to eat breakfast. I ate and ate until I stop eating and went to get my backpack. My sister was finish eating her froze breakfast. "Are you ready sis" I said. "Sure whatever I hope I can get home in a flash" she said. "Yeah right I just hope it will be easy for us" I said. Also it didn't get easy when we study how to learn how to use your powers ,but in the other hand I made some new friends. When school was finally over we ate dinner as usual ,but instead my sis had cold thing while I eat hot thing. We slept ,but my sister came in and yelled "THIS FLOOR IS TOO HOT".
