Chapter 2 - The Invitation

~~~Kuugo's POV~~~

I start to wake up because so that I can be early for work, I sighed that my day off was all ready done I start going out of bed start walking to the bathroom to take a shower after taking a shower, I grab my towel and put it around my waist and brushing my teeth after I'm done brushing, I start heading to my room to wear some cloths, after wearing some cloths, I grab my phone and my wallet and put them on my backpack, I grab the spare keys of Sousuke's house and start heading to the door turning of the lights and exiting the house, I close the door and lock it, I put the keys in my pocket and start walking to the lounge.

~~~Time Skip~~~

I arrive at the lounge, I sighed of relief that the lounge is still close, I start heading to the entrance and entered the lounge "were still close" As I saw him cleaning the tables and heard the voice from my friend, Gou I might tease him for a bit "Really Gou you don't recognize one of your friends" as I smirk at him, and his ears perk up, turning around to have look at me he chuckled a bit and blush of embarrassment he scratch the back of his head, while I started laughing "Sorry Kuu I've to busy today, but the lounge is still close, I won't open till 7 o'clock, its still 6:30 why won't you just have a exercise or something for a while, ok?" As he said to me, I got a bit surprise that I woke up a bit early, so I nod to him that I agree to him, so I walk to the door and wave at him "I might jog for a bit around the lagoon" as I said to myself walking to a nearby comfort room outside, I went inside and start change my cloths for a bit. As I'm done wearing my black sleeveless shirt, and my black jogging shorts I grab my backpack and start walking to the lagoon. As I arrive at the lagoon, I did some stretches and start jogging around the lagoon.

~~~Yuuri's POV~~~

I was just walking around in town while reading a book, while I'm walking around town I look at the lagoon seeing a beautiful view of the lagoon, but I saw someone jogging the person looks very familiar, as the fur stops for some rest a bit, I go behind the tree and start spying at the familiar fur, as I look at him its Kuugo in his Black sleeveless shirt saying 'A Bad Dog' and his black jogging shorts as I look at him he starts wiping his sweat of with his towel, like wow he is so hot and I'm starting blush I can't stop looking at him he is so extremely hot, but after a few seconds he starts to remove his shirt I start to blush even more, as he is done removing his shirt it shows his muscular body, like I can't take it anymore I started to nosebleed, he is so hot I start to cover my nosebleed but by not paying attention I step on a stick accidentally and it made a lot of noise, "is anybody there?" As I heard him, I started to panic of what should I do, I can hear his foot steps getting louder oh no what should I do but the time that he was suppose to take his final step, I can hear him running to a different direction as took a peek of him running different direction, I look back at the bench and I saw his shirt was left, I start walking to the bench and grab his shirt and I always wanted to do this, I start snuggling his shirt, it feels like I'm hugging Kuugo, I thinking to bring his shirt and give it to him when he visits after his work, so I continued walking and head straight home to start washing his shirt.

~~~Kuugo's POV~~~

I was just running back to the Lounge as I arrive I sigh of relief that its still close I have some time to change but the time, I grab my backpack to grab my uniform I realize that I wasn't wearing my shirt "oh no I left back from the bench, aww man that was my only jogging shirt, oh well maybe I'll have a chance to buy one back at the city, if I have a chance to go there, well no time to worry about that I have to change before the Lounge opens" so I went to the comfort room to change, after I change I start heading inside the Lounge, well my job is to greet customers that enters the Lounge and I'm also a waiter, so that it won't be hard for Yuujirou to handle all the customers by himself, so I went to my place to start my shift, after a few hours later its already 5 PM a white male feline came in with a black female feline by his side "Welcome to Lagoon Lounge, How may I help you?" I greet to the customers with a smile "Yes, I made a reservation Its Mr. Takashi" As the white feline fur answered with a smile "Ah ok let me check" I check the list for Mr. Takashi "Aha Mr. Takashi follow me" I start walking their reserve table "I'm excited" as the Black Female Feline responded with excitement, I brought them to the best table of the Lounge, the table is at the big balcony of the Lounge, I was the only one who set this up a few days ago because that Yuujirou was sick that time so I have to set it up early in the morning, it was hard to do, we arrive at the balcony, I open the door for them "your food is ready, is on the table its still warm and fresh" I said to them "Thank You, sir" He thank me and I nodded with a smile, I close the door of the balcony to have there lone time, after an hour I was just down stairs taking care with the other customers, but I can't stop thinking about Mr. Takashi's date I kept imagining of me and Yuuri on a big date together, their date keeps bothering I can't focus on work, but a few minutes later I heard a scream from up stairs, it's coming from the balcony so ran up up stairs to check, but the time I check the balcony I saw the black female feline with her hands covering her mouth, for the white male feline was kneeling down with a ring I was worried of what just happen here "Sorry" as the black female feline apologize to me "its ok I was worried, congrats to the both of you" as I said to them "Thank you" said the white male feline said to me, and they kiss, so I leave them alone so they can have their moment "I wish that was me and Yuuri" I said to myself in my thoughts

~~~Time Skip~~~

After that commotion, its already 8:30 PM were about to have dinner at the lounge but, I don't want to be late for Yuuri so I have no choice, I have to make an excuse, moments later Gou and Yuujirou arrive with dinner "guys sorry I can't join you tonight I have to go its urgent" I said to them with my hand scratching behind my head and laugh a bit awkwardly, the two were confuse why "umm ok then... Why won't you take it with you" Gou put my dinner in my container so I can bring it easily, I grab it and put it in my backpack, I exit the lounge, waving good bye at them and they wave back "Bye Kuugo-San" Yuujirou said and start walking towards Yuuri's house I grab the address out of my pocket that Yuuri gave to me, I start walking and heading to Yuuri's house, moments later I arrive at her house and I was heading to the door, I knock the door standing, I wait for her to open, after one minute the door open "hey Kuugo welcome" she said greeting me a welcome, so I smiled, she opens the door and makes room to let me in, I entered her house and I start looking around, its so clean, she must have been cleaning for hours, as I hear the door closed, she walk to the kitchen but she stop, turn around and looks at me with a smile "why won't you make yourself at home, Kuugo" I nodded, and goes to the couch, I sat down and makes myself comfortable, as I wait for Yuuri to come back, after while she came back with a red box with a ribbon on top, she goes towards me "Here Kuugo this for you" She handed it in front of me, and I grab it "Thank You" I thanked her and open the box, I look inside I see a beautiful white cake, it looks very good, I look at Yuuri and smile at her "Thank You" I said to her, she started to blush and smile back "Your Welcome" I stood up out of the couch and walks to the table, I put down the cake on the table and looks at Yuuri "let's eat it together Yuuri" I said to her, with a smile, she started to blush that she heard the word together "S-Sure" she said nervously "I'll grab us some plates" she said walking to the kitchen, moments later she came back with some plates, forks and a knife she puts the stuff down on the table "let me cut the cake you just sit there and relax" I said volunteering myself to do it, so I won't let her to do all the work I just feel horrible of myself, I grab the knife and start cutting the cake, I gave her the first slice and then I put my own slice of cake on my plate, I grab my fork and took a piece, I was about to eat it but I look at Yuuri smiling at me, I look at the fork and smiled, I move the fork in front of her, she was surprise her ears perked up and blushed, I smiled teeth out and open my mouth, she then blush even more and looks at my fork she blushed even more then ate the piece of cake "Th-Thank you" She said still eating the cake and blushing" I smiled and nod, I got myself a piece and eat "This is delicious" I said, making her blush from my compliment.

~~~Time Skip~~~

We both finish the cake and finish cleaning up the table "oh Kuugo I almost forgot, wait here please" She start heading up stair, I'm starting to get curious what she have for me this time, she came back with a black folded clothing in her arms "here" she handed to me, I unfolded and it was my Shirt, I smiled seeing my shirt was here the whole time "Thank You so much" I said filled with happiness, then she smile me back, I hugged her, she starts blushing and hugs me back, I let go of her with my face all red, I scratch behind my head smiling still smiling and my face still red "do you want to watch a movie?" She ask me with her face still red "sure" we than sat on the couch and we play the movie 'The Notebook' we were enjoying the movie.

~~~Time Skip~~~

After the movie Yuuri cried that the both of them died, it was sad, I just drop a tear during that, after Yuuri cried she then fell asleep laying her head on my shoulder, I look at her I started to blush and smile, I look at the time its already so late its 9:30, I stood up and carry her to the bedroom bridal style, I then arrive at her bedroom and put her gently on her bed, I sat the side of her bed look at her, I grab her blanket on her and kiss her cheek, I then think that maybe I should sleep because I don't want to disturb Sousuke's sleep so I'll just sleep here for the night, I quietly exit her bedroom and start going down stairs I lay down on the couch and slowly fell asleep.
