One summer can change everything.

I should know that more than anyone. At the beginning of this summer I was claiming to be straight and dating Jughead Jones. Now... well you'll see.

"Archie!" I exclaimed, rushing to hug him. "It's been so long!"

"It's only been three months, Betts," Archie chuckled.

"Yeah, well, you're my best friend and with you sucking at responding to texts and me sucking at actually sending texts, I have so much to tell you," I teased.

"You mentioned a Veronica in your one text?" Archie said, grinning knowingly.

I blushed. "Hey! I sent more than one text!" I grumbled. God, why does Veronica make me so flustered?

"As your best friend, I think you should tell me."

"Fine. Here's the story..."
