Once you spawn in the world you need to survive off of what you have nearby. but for 1 infant this was different. You spawn in any biome you can't choose though.
If you spawn near a lake you'll be a girl. If you spawn near a forest you'll be a boy. This infant was born the wrong place and worst time.
