i saw you in that room of fifty five people.
i saw you.
and your eyes.
and that was when it happened.
the collision of meteors and planets.
and we felt it.
in our hearts.
louder than lions and thunderstorms.
oceans at our fingertips.
and i came closer to you and i exploded.
into fire and my legs were ready to run without my body attached.
my heart was about to come out of my mouth. it was clawing its way through my throat.
so it could land in your palms.
and your fingers could caress it. it would shudder.
the ventricles would contract and outwards would flow my love for you.
whispers in my ears because i loved you so suddenly.
i wanted you as i had never wanted anything before.
that much desire.
who could blame my legs for wanting to run away?
fire was raging through my bones.
you gripped my shoulders.
i looked up at you.
in awe.
beauty.
you embodied it.
i wanted speed.
everything to become ravenously quicker.
i took your face in my hands.
it was the most beautiful thing i had ever touched.
i had to force my self to concentrate.
on the rest of you.
i brought your lips close to mine.
saw the questions in your eyes and answered it with my lips on yours.
slowly at first.
as if we were waltzing.
and then you gripped my waist exactly where it dipped.
and your finger, covered in the blood of my love, drew a heart on my skin and a sigh from my lungs.
faster.
my lips were burning.
hot. fire.
stomach to chest to tongue.
burning.
you must have heard it.
and you drew me in closer than before.
passion was consuming me.
my eyes were closed yet i could see the brilliance of you shining through my lids and your form was the only one i saw.
so i kissed you and your love filled my heart's loneliness.
teeth.
my tongue grazed your teeth. nothing felt better.
goddamn you.
you who had made me weak and lost yet found and phenomenal.
explosions.
catastrophically brilliant
