"Did I scare you?" she asked, a grin spreading across her lips, probably because of the look on my face. "Um..No" I squealed, my voice cracking. "What are you still doing in here?" she said. "Oh, uh .. I was hiding." I said. "Hiding?" she asked, looking confused. "Oh nothing, nevermind" I said, half rolling my eyes.

A few seconds of silence passed, oh how I wish I wouldn't have said anything. "Oh my god are you okay!?" she said, rushing over to me. I prayed deep down it wasn't what I thought it was. I looked up into the mirror seeing the blood dripping down from my nose. "I'm fine, I get really bad nosebleeds when Im nervous.. not that you made me nervous or anything.. it's just... uh.. yea." I stuttered. She laughed "Oh okay, well do you need help or anything?" she said, only a couple feet away from me.

"I think I-" I started. She cut me off "Here tilt your head forward, and uhh.. hold this on your nose, press down hard" she said as she handed me a wad of paper towels.

"Th-thanks" I said once the blood had stopped running, us sitting on the cement bench in front of some lockers.  "No problem beautiful" she replied. As soon as I heard the words my checks shot red with embarrassment.

Something about the way she talked have me an unnatural high feeling, I could get lost in her words so easily. Just when I thought I was going to explode from nervousness, she did something I would've never expected. She leaned over, looked into my eyes, and kissed me on the cheek, walking out without saying a word.
