We were shocked as soon as we found out we were having a baby girl. It was rare for myself and Isabella to be born Beta's, but is has never been recorded that a girl has been born as an alpha.

She was born strong, a ten pounder. Xander waited patiently outside the room when the doctor and nursemaids helped me, but he rushed in as soon as I let him know. Her name was collaborative, his grandmothers first name, my adoptive mothers first name, and the beautiful name of Farrah that we decided upon.

I now was perched in a chair, Pride and Prejudice open in my lap, gazing on my sleeping child. Xander opened the door slowly, careful not
to wake her. I smiled as I turned my gaze to the rest of the room, seeing the teal back wall and lavender on the three others. The crib was placed in the centre of the room, the two plush teal chairs to the right of the crib and a box of toys to the left. A dresser was placed on the back wall and the closet was through the door on the left, holding her fancy dresses.

Xander handed me a bowl of thinly sliced apples, so thin they wouldn't crunch if bitten into, as to keep the baby asleep. She was a quiet one, Farrah, rarely cried and always looked around with such wonder. Xander to a seat next to me and opened up his own copy if pride and prejudice, per my request. I was almost done with the book, but as we sat there, everyone soon was in a blissful, peaceful sleep.
