The Thing About Mary Jane 2 (a Hayes Grier fanfic )

Close Call.

*Hayes' POV*

Mary Jane called to ask me if she wanted to hang out tongiht. Like a date. I told her it was cool, but since our relationship had to keep a secret she would just come over. We would just watch a movie and  eat some food on the couch. 

Mary Jane told me that since I still lived with my family, that we should just hang at her house.

I told her my house.

My house.

Tonight.

A date.

That no one knows about.

> 6:00 o'clock <

*Mary Jane's POV*

When I get to Hayes' house his mom and dad are in their room and Skylynn is next door, and Will and Nash don't live there.

Hayes has Netflix up on the TV in the living room. He told me that he had chinese on the way. (He knows its my favorite food)

We ended up watching Forest Gump, and I started to cry in the middle of it. Hayes held me close. At that moment I wanted to scream from the rooftops that I love him and he loves me.

"Lets take a pic" he tells me after I stopped crying.

He pulled out his phone and we took a picture of us together kissing and some other cute couple photos. It was sweet.

It was a nice date. The movie was so long that by the time it was over it was almost 10:00, so I decided to stay the night. We went up to Hayes' bedroom and fell asleep watching Friends.

>Morning<

*Hayes' POV*

I wake up with Mary Jane in my arms. I cuddled her for a while, then I heard Nash walk in. Mary Jane slept over so she was in one of my Magcon Hoodies and my boxers. I couldn't let Nash know that I slept with a girl and she was wearing my clothes. i very quickly woke her up. She immediatly heard Nash come uo the stairs, She hopped out of the bed as fast as possible and hid in the closet.

Nash walked in.

"Whats up my brotha!" Nash said.

"Hey." I replied.

"I brought you some stuff." Nash told him.

"Like what?" I asked. 

Then, Nash puled out a black wife-beater that said OBEY on it.

Net, was a red Magcon hoodie, it was for Mary Jane.

"Cool. Why don't you go wake Skylynn up?" I told him.

"Why? Do you not wanna see me? You hiding something?" Nash giggled.

"No, its just Skylynn hasn't seen you in a while." I said.

"Okay, I'll go wake her up, but I'll be right back!" Nash told me as he left.

"You can come out now" I said after Nash closed the door behind him.

Mary Jane walked out. Even in my crappy clothes, she looks beautiful. She came over and sat down next to me. I leaned in and gave her a kiss.

Then, she got dressed into her clothes from yesterday. We decided to open and close the door to make it sound like she had just arrived. That way nash wouldn't know she was over last night.

Nash walked back in on us talking.

"Whoa. When did this beauty arrive?"

I saw Mary Jane blush.

"She just got here." I said.

Skylynn ran in and gave me a hug and then hopped onto Mary Jane's lap. Skylynn loves Mary Jane. Its sweet. They hang out all the time. It makes me think about her being a mother. So sweet.

Nash left a little bit later, Mary Jane and Skylynn went out to do their nails, and I decided to hang out with one of the guys.
