Hidden affection

Aaron walked inside the house, it was so late that it was past midnight, maybe a few detours did have an effect. He slowly and quietly walked to his room, until he found Casper sleeping on the couch, with the lights on ,'he must have waited for me to come back' Aaron thought as he slowly draw nearer to Casper. He crouched at the side of the couch where Casper's head is laying, 'you didn't have to do this' he thought staring at the blonde's magnificent hair. He continued and left Casper on the couch, pondering "why did he wait for me?" or "is there something I'm missing? " ,he kept wondering and wondering until he came up with the conclusion that he may just have slept there.

In the morning everything hurts for Aaron. His eyes too heavy and tired ,his body aching and exhausted, his brain aching and pinning him and his legs as immovable as a rock. 'One week of work did this to me? Wow that's pitiful' he thought to himself. The door opened and came peeking in a newly woken Casper. Aaron looked and asked, "what do you want?" with an annoyed tone, the blonde tensed and came inside (of Aaron) ,"um...nothing much...I just um...when did you come home last night? I was so worried" Casper said with worry in his tone, 'so he was waiting for me' Aaron thought, feeling guilt, he told the truth. It was not that important or exciting honestly, though Casper's expression was rather odd. At the end of Aaron explaining things, Casper had this stern look on his face, he was mad and worried, he drew closer to the boy lying down, close enough to enter Aaron's personal space, close enough for their noses to touch, Aaron was weirded out by this reaction. Casper was pinning Aaron down and whispered, "don't make me worry about you again, don't EVER make me worry about you again, don't make stupid decisions again please, do it for me?" this is a totally new character of Casper that Aaron haven't seen. Slowly Casper moved in and was abruptly stopped by the door opening, he quickly sat up straight, as Scar was about to see them, she looked, 'eh,normal enough' she thought. "Hey Aaron, can you cook breakfast already, I'm starving!" she said, Aaron was still in shock, he was about to... he was about to get kissed by Casper, at this moment he doesn't know what to feel, it was a mix of a lot of emotions that he couldn't comprehend. Casper smiling at Scar and Aaron slowly looked at her still shocked, "su...sure" he said stuttering and weak, "mkay "she replied and left. Aaron looked back at Casper, and so did Casper, Casper smiled and stood and left,"see you later!" he said. Aaron still shocked, laid comfy back to his bed, not knowing what just happen.

He took a bath a went down and started cooking, today's specialty is omelette soufflé. Aaron sat next to Casper, forgetting what happened earlier. As they finished eating, Casper still has a big piece of the omelette,in which something sinister came upon him. He cut it into cubes and forked it then pointed at Aaron who was the first one to finish eating, only noticing now that Casper is pointing something at him. Aaron raised a brow, and Casper draw it more closely to Aaron's mouth. And Aaron nonchalantly opened his mouth, and got fed by Casper, as Aaron swallows it,he blushed and looked at Casper's smirking face, he didn't realize what he did until now. He gently pushed Casper and walked away, still red. Astrid and Scar was seeing all the sweetness that was happening, their eyes glimmering at what just happened, or maybe just Scar, Astrid was more shocked than anything else.

Aaron was sitting at the edge of the rooftop, blushing uncontrollably. Casper then joined him, knowing that he's there, he got even redder than before and hid his face using his jacket. Casper smiled and slowly opened the hoodie, "hey what's wrong?" he asked with sincerity, "can you stop that" Aaron replied, Aaron's face was sad and troubled, "what are you doing to me? What are you doing that is making me fluster even more? I don't understand it ,I don't know what you are doing,what do you want from me? I can't keep my face straight every time I look at you and this tingly feeling inside that I can't understand what is it? Please tell me... I'm confused", Casper took Aaron's hand, then at Aaron's head, he was crying now, then quickly but gently hugged him, Aaron is shocked again, eyes widen, mind looking for answers, "Don't question your feelings, I love you Aaron" Casper said with seriousness. 'Love? Of course! It's love! This feeling inside me that I've been neglecting, it's love, I don't want to feel it,but I can feel it, not just from me, from Casper too' Aaron pondered relentlessly, "Casper... I think ... I love you too" , "what?", casper said as he pulled back, Aaron was looking away from him, "what am I saying, of course I love him" Aaron said as he thought of it, Casper's face lightened up and smiled, Aaron chuckled grimly, "uh... did I say that out loud?", Casper hugged him back even tighter, he moved in and slowly tried to kiss him, until Astrid came in and Aaron pushed Casper back, he was blushing. Astrid came towards them, "what are you guys doing?" she asked in curiosity, the boys pondered for a good excuse and panicked, "uhh... Casper tried..." Aaron started, "uhh ... I ... tried to..." Casper then said, Casper looked at their situation, Aaron was looking at Astrid grim faced, "I tried to... tickle Aaron!!" Casper said, Aaron slowly looked at Casper curious, why that?, he mouthed. Astrid was satisfied and said "um... Scar needs help", she went down the ladder and left the two boys alone. Feeling relief, Aaron laid down, Casper followed, "I love you Aaron" , " I love you too" Aaron admits, Casper giggled then it turned into a laugh, followed by Aaron. So this is love, he thought.
