Nothing was better at all, still, everything was dark. This lasted way longer than it should have though.... Does that mean the darkness from inside me... That no one ever should know about... Picked the worst time to show? Probably. I could faintly hear the voices of my friends, crying, screaming... Or was that just another trick? Did I matter? Was anyone even there for me. I couldn't feel anything, and once again I was free to move in my mind...
"No way... No way..." I cried. What was going on? Was this from Sydnie??? From myself? Everything was coming back to me, I was being intertwined by those vines of Sydnie's... Get me out of here!!!! Fading... Fading... Gone...

"BECCA WAKE UP!!!" Sydnie cried. "NO! NO! Why??? This has happened already but- but for me please no!" she shook my body and I could hardly feel it.
"Secca...." I said quietly. I didn't know what it meant but it was a sign good enough. She screamed.
"If you get up.... I'll give you every cookie in the world, I promise!" I tried to open my eyes, and I could see everyone standing over me. I use everything just to stand up. As if by magic, I sat straight up.
"Wha-"I asked. My skin had turned back to normal, but it glowed a little more now. "Yeah... Yeah I'm up it's okay!" Emily smiled.
"Today we get to fight a giant octopus!" she said happily. Emily grabbed my hand, and tossed me outside, all of them following. I heard some Godzilla like screech, and my legs forced me to go closer. Everyone still following.
"It sounds very big... What are we gonna do?" I asked.
"Oh yeah! We have a plan! So.... Sydnie is going to use her plant powers and strangle it, then blind it with shadows. Emily will protect you and Sydnie, and you can probably summon some sort of electric thing hence the battery in my pocket... since it's in the water we have to risk killing other stuff but eh, we will get everything out." Emma explained.
"Well what are you gonna do?" I asked.
"I am going to make it punch itself... Hopefully. See, my powers are kinda weak unless I really need it... So I volunteer you to almost die." she said, like that wasn't bad at all.
"Wut." I asked, a blank look on my face. "Only if you're sure." she probably wasn't sure.
