I can't remember

A girl named Rose just turned 17 she changed school's because she'd alway's get bullied. She came to the school and thought to herself 'wow...this place is BIG!' She walked in the school looking around wondering what class she has to go to. She went to the principle and asked "Uhm excuse me sir, but mind telling me in what class I am in?". He looked at her and said "Of course, you are..Rose? Oh yea you are in class 2c". "Thank you sir" she said and left the room. She looked around for the class room and found it. She walked in it and saw a few people in it. The teacher wasn't there yet so she was happy that she didn't come late. She sat down in an open spot. "Hey do I know you?" someone asked. "huh" Rose looked around  to see a girl standing in front of her. 'Oh..wow she looks really pretty' thought rose. "Uhm no I am new here, miss" she said smiling. "Oh well, it's nice to meet you I am Jen" said Jen. "I am rose it's nice to meet yo-" said rose but the bell rang. Jen sat down behind Rose. The lesson went on. After class Rose got her stuff and left for the next lesson. She had math. She went in the class room and saw a guy sitting. 'H-he looks familiar" she thought looking at the guy. 'Why can't I remember..?' she questioned. She sat down next to him. "Hey" the guy said. "H-hi.." she replied scared. "You look kinda familiar, do I know you?" he asked. "N-no sir, we just met..." she replied looking down. "Oh..alright" he said. The lesson started. After a few minutes Rose looked at the boy and she saw him sleeping! 'HOW CAN HE SLEEP AT TIME LIKE THIS?' she asked herself. She tried to wake him up but it didn't work so she yelled "WAKE UP!". The teacher and the whole class looked at her. "What do you want? Five more minutes..." said the guy. The teacher yelled "DETENTION FOR BOTH OF YOU! No sleeping in class!". Rose and the guy went to the detention after school. 'Wow..first day of school and I already have detention..GREAT!' she thought. "Hey you still didn't tell me your name" she said looking at the boy. "Mike" he said quickly. 'Well that was fast' thought rose. "My name is Rose it's nice to meet you, Mike" she said smiling. Mike ignored Rose. 'Why you...' she thought. 'What is he looking at..? The window?' she questioned herself. Rose stared at Mike for a few minutes thinking what he was looking at. "Hey, what are you looking at?" she asked looking at him. "Hm?" he relied and looked at her. "I am just looking at the sky" he said. Rose gave him a werid look and asked "Why?". "Because whenever I look at the sky I think of my best friend...I didn't see her in a long time and I don't even know where she is now.." he said looking down. Rose realized that she said something wrong and apologised. He stood up and left the classroom. 'Where is he going!?' thought rose. She ran outside the classroom but saw no one. 'Oh I guess the school is over..I should get going..' she thought looking for the exit. She left school and saw Jen sitting on a bench. "Hey Jen!" yelled Rose. She ran up to Jen and said "What are you doing out here?". "I could ask you the same thing, I am out here because I am waiting for someome." replied Jen. "Oh I just got out of detention...hehe.." said Rose nervously. "Wait whaaaaaaaaaaaaat? First day and you already have detention?" asked Jen laughing. "Uhm yea" said Rose laughing back.
