-Song Of Waves
This quirk allows Katsumi to take moisture from the air and manipulate it through singing. This allows him to form many different shapes like weapons and such. There is a very special song taught to him by his deceased mother that has healing properties. There are different songs that are most beneficial in certain situations such a combat, rescue, ext. The downside to this quirk is that Katsumi gets a really bad sore throat and mass dehydration so Katsumi always tends to drink quite a bit more water than most people. The effects of from the songs will continue to be activated as long as Katsumi is singing the song so if he stops then so do the effects from the songs. The downside when Katsumi sings the song with healing properties too much and on multiple people for the purpose of healing someone takes a bad toll on him, the injuries that were on the person he is healing get transferred over to him.
Bio: Katsumi's mother passed away when he was 10, after singing the song with healing properties to a very close friend of her during a villain attack. His mother had taken on the terrible chest wound that her friend originally attained, and due to loosing too much blood she passed away on the scene. Having no dad, after his mom passed away his mother's friend, Kamui Yato took in Katsumi. To Katsumi, Kamui was like that father he never had in his life. He got into U.A via recommendations due to his mother being a well known Pro Hero and for his unique way of combat but he joins U.A. about a month or so after everyone else. When his mother passed away he decided to take on his mother's hero name Azure. Katsumi and his mother had a very close relationship so when he got the news his mother had passed away he was devastated. He often grieves her death by singing the song she had taught him ever since he was a kid. Due to Katsumi being so quiet, and keeping to himself he doesn't have any friends often making him feel lonely but he still finds himself unable to break out of his quiet shell.

-Katsumi's name means 'Win over the sea'.
-He ended up inheriting the same exact quirk as his mother.
-He has a shell necklace that is apart of his hero outfit that allows him to have a better control over his quirk.
-Some people call him 'Water Boy' to tease him.
-He looks up to Kamui a lot.
-He loves to sing to animals.
-He can play piano.
-Whenever he grieves over his mother most of the time he goes down to the beach and walks along the shoreline.
(This is also exactly what he sounds like when singing) This is the song with the healing properties that he was taught.
-This is the song he sings to enhance his combat abilities.
-This is what he does and what it looks like while he is using his quirk.
-This is the song that can temporarily make Katsumi's opponent slower.
