This is not a self-help guide.

This is a collection of thoughts and experiences, based off my own experiences and my own actions and what I look back everything and think I could've done better.

Sometimes the quality of my words will change. That's fine, because sometimes I'll change. And so will you.

Difficulty sleeping
Deep regrets/constant feelings of inadequacy
