The solution to all our personnel issues within ourselves and the medicine to kick out our inner demons. The best answer you get is 'loving yourself'.
But how can that be done ?
I used to ask myself ,' how can I love myself when no one does?'
At that moment, BTS entered my life spreading the need to love ourselves. Being an Army, I wished to hold their hands and to walk through the path they showed me but the steps in between had been broken and I was helpless. However , the helpless feeling within me induced a need to help the ones in need and I hoped there would be someone else who would help me in the end. Till then I wished do what I can do for others.
Gradually , I learned a lot , I came to love me for the fact that I had been a help to a few people who had been enduring some tough time in life.
Then there came two sayings which hit me like a stone :
'Sometimes we fall down because there is something down there that we are supposed to find'
(Yes I did find something - myself)
'Do not listen to your heart but to the advices you give others'
I thought about it. I never followed any of the advices I gave my friends who had been in a similar situation like I am in at the moment.
Once I did follow , I saw the steps to the light being rebuilt. I walked through it and now I do love myself. I also got the answer to the first question I had asked myself.
'How can I love myself when no one does?'
When you don't love yourself you forget to see those who love you. You see everyone with doubt , if they are just pretending to be cool about you. But once there is self love, it's like our third eye has been opened. We start recognising the ones who loves us genuinely and get ready to do anything for them and their happiness.
That has been a mental struggled through for some time. Nothing is clear out there as it is written in general point of you but some of you may be able connect it with your life and that is its sole purpose.
