Chapter One

This decision changed my life. I love him and that wasn't going to change. At least that's what I thought. Until today.

There was a guy at college. Not just any guy; he wrote music and played basketball. His name was Tyler. His best fren was a percussionist named Josh who also played trumpet once in a while. Both of them were attractive, but I knew I could only have one.

In the past, I didn't believe love was for me, but that was before this day. Tyler was staring at me at the coffee shop I worked at, and gave me the biggest tip I'd ever gotten before. At the end of the day, while I was counting the tips, a note fell out of the $50 he gave me:

"Tyler-(316)559-5552 See you soon :)"
