I never knew how time can fly as days goes by, but when I'm with Barry, everything is timeless. And it all started in one moment.

I moved into Central City last year after graduating from Central City College two years ago and that's where I met Iris West and Barry Allen. Me and Iris became best friends ever since we met in college and she was always the one who looked after Barry. They've been so good to each other, I always wondered if Iris had feelings for him. Barry and I became great friends and he always been so nice to me but he always seemed more interested in Iris.

In Central City, supernatural crimes happen every day and I just started working as an Investigative Journalist at Central City Picture News and I find my job pretty interesting knowing what goes in our town. We have a superhero called The Flash and he saves us from meta-humans attacking our city.

The Flash is known as one of the most popular superheroes and he has saved us from many villains who endanger our city. But many people don't even know his true identity, maybe we'll never know.

I've been an investigative Journalist at Central City Picture News for about a year, and that's where me and Iris work together.

Every Morning before I go to work, I always get a cup of pumpkin latte at CCJitters and it always seemed to start my day on a good note. And the best thing is Iris works as a barista there so I always get to have a chat with her.

Iris looks at me with a gleaming smile on her face. "Oh my god, Naomi how are you doing?" She said.

"I'm doing well, just getting through writing news report on Central City" I said with a smile on my face.

"I always thought of you as a geeky type " She laughed. So what would you like to order?"

"I'll just have the usual" I winked.

"Ah pumpkin latte, got it" She chuckled.

She enters the order on the computer.

''The total is going to be 3.50,''She says.

''Alright, thanks,'' I said.

I took out my wallet and paid for my order with an extra tip for her being my best friend.

''Thank you'' Iris replied.

''Anything for my sweet best friend,'' I smiled.

She smiled at me and hands me my pumpkin latte and the smell hits me in the face.

''Now this is what I call a good pumpkin latte,'' I thought.

I took a sip of it. ''This is so good'' I chuckled.

''Haha, I know right? It's literally the reason why I like to work here because they have the best drinks in town. Speaking of drinks, how about you and I get some drinks together with Barry? We should catch up.

I smiled at the request. ''That would actually be nice, should we go today?''

Iris nodded. ''Yeah we should, does seven o' clock at night work for you?

''Yeah it works for me, I end work around 4 anyway so it's no problem,''.

The last time Iris and I ever hanged out was probably in our second year of college, we would talk and stay up all night watching ''Legally Blonde'', those were one of the good times.  And to see her again makes me so happy.
