You know that cliche moment in movies of a kid clinging to their mothers skirt in fear of being left alone. Well that's kinda how I feel now.

Sure no one is supposed to know what to do fresh out of orientation, but I always feel like a loser whenever I don't do things right. As if I'm innately supposed to know how to do every task in existence.

Due to my way of thinking though I'm constantly berating myself to the point of suicidal thoughts. Always covering it up with a smile, and an apology. Followed by an insistent, "I'll do better next time".

However this always makes me feel anxious, and wishing I was still young enough to cling to someone's skirt like in the movies.

Obviously this is not something your supposed to feel when your nineteen going on twenty like me in the work force. Guess I should've started making a firmer career plan when I was younger.

On the upside I've learned the ropes of the cash register, and that's something.

I can only get better from here right?
