Carter Kami Barnes is a 15 year old Avenger. She is Bucky Barnes daughter and Steve's "neice." She was raised by HYDRA under the name Adrian Hobbs. She now has the power of being empathetic. She can feel what others feel by touching them and can hear through their memories. She can tell if there are people around that aren't seen and can tell if they are good or bad. She is awesome. In this book, I will include little snippets about my OC. This isn't a story, this is just a small book about my character.
