Kayla is 16 and she LOVES the vamps and it was her final chance to meet them at a concert but what if she explored more than she had intended and found something or someone she never even knew existed?....
My names Kayla. I'm probably mostly normal although i have been a little scared lately my mom is suffering from depression and my parents are divorced so i have to do most things for myself. I still love my mom even though she can not be herself at times but all i want to do is to go to see the vamps they are my favorite band and they inspire me so freaking much. Music makes me happy it makes me feel alive, i have tried to encourage my mum but she was not convinced these days she just lays in bed moaning. i feel... lost. This is me:

Before mom and dad got divorced we lived in the country side right next to a big, big field. My mom used to take me there everyday after school it was so fun! that doesn't happen that much anymore tho :(
suddenly my phone started to ring my ringtone 'all night' by the vamps (of course😂). Anyways i picked up the phone it was my best friend Kelly.
me: hey Kells whats up?
Kelly: hey Kay I was just wondering if you wanted to hang out today
me: urm oh yeh sure you can come over in about 10 minuets ill just get ready
Kelly: kk see ya
me:see ya
I was really excited to see Kelly i hadn't seen her in a long time so it should be fun, i just dont want her to see my mom she cant find out she is like this she would flip. i got changed thinking more than usually. i just decided i will make sure that she definitely doesn't enter my moms room so i carried on getting changed into this:

"ok ok im coming!" i laughed as Kelly repeatidly pressed the bell.
My face lit up as i opened the door to my best freinds beaming face. i laughed at her happiness. i hugged her and then let her in. We both slumped onto my bed in my bedroom this is what it looks like:

"i HAVE to show you someone" announced Kelly excitedly. i was slightly scared to hear what she was going to show me but im sure it would be a cute boy she has found on the internet again😂.
"look at these guys!!"Kelly said almost drooling.
"i knew you were going to say that!" i said rolling my eyes laughing lightly. She said guys 2 of them!!
"no but seriously this is different Kay!" Kelly said. i moved closer to catch a look. i rolled my eyes when i saw them i mean they were pretty cute they looked really similar the only difference was one of them was wearing a hat. "their names are Max and Harvey!" i moved back just to admire the look on her face; lit up by the glaring screen:

"Anyways where is your mom?" Kelly asked.
"URM.... She went out" i smiled. urrrrr i'm SUCH a bad liarrr .
"ohh are you sure my mom said i should tell her thank you for letting me come over" Kelly said whilst getting up going to my moms room. i tried to stop her but she saw her. my mom was laying there. her skin was a freakishly grey color and her eyes were full with sombre thoughts. Kelly looked so shocked:
