chapter 9

*Kellin Pov*

i wake up strapped into a chair, my arms are in any case, they drugged me i know that, and my neck hurts, they either think im crazy and thats why im here in a chair un able to move in a all white room, or they just dont want me to scratch my neck.

"i dont see the point of this!" i yell as i sway my legs back and forth. hoping this chair wont fling forward, i doubt they would let this happen, thats suicide, and thats the reason im here, so i dont do that.

"kellin you are awake!" dr.way says as he walks in

"yes i am, can you tell me why im in a chair? i didn't do anything wrong, mr.way, please let me leave"

"Dr.way" he corrects me

"Dr.way, can you please let me leave"

"you are in that chair so you wont touch your neck" he states

"and why this room?" i ask confused as i look around

"its a room for insane people, you know the ones in straight jackets"

"the walls dont seem soft"

"trust me they are" he says touching the wall closer to him

"but im not insane, im not in a jacket"

"i know"

dr.way is just annoying me right now, he said im in this chair to keep me from touching where they gave me a shot, and i didnt even need the shot, now apparently this room is for insane people, im not insane, i got mad at jaime.because he said something was my falut. everyone gets mad at someone at somepoint, its all normal, he even just admitted i wasnt insane.

"you are in here because you shouldnt be out there" he adds

"you have a gust, i'll send him in" he says quickly before walking out.

i watch as the door slowly opens and vic with his long brown hair slowly walks in, its like everything is in slow motion, the way he slowly closes the door behind him,the way his hair slowly moves with the way he turns his head, he seems almost too scared to look at me,his eyes havent met mine yet. i watch as he slowly takes a breath and looks at me, he smiles and lets out a breath of relief.

"you are awake!" he says happily

"ya, why? what did they tell you?" i ask confused

"you were out cold for a day, i came over to see you yesterday and they told me what happened, they said it could be days before you woke up, why would you lash out at jaime! i thought maybe we could get you out of here" he says softly

"you could get me out of here" i say softly

"but how, its either you get out, or i come back in" he says

"dont come back in,i'll get out, i promise i will"

is he insane, he cant come back in here, then we will never leave and have a life together.

"i miss you" he says getting closer, he puts his hand on my cheek.

"i miss you too" i say and he kisses my lips softly

"i lashed out at jaime because he said oliver's death was my fault" i add and vic gives me a look of sympathy.

"you know it wasnt kells,he was wrong to say that, i dont know why the doctors would put you here, i think that was a stupid move, you did nothing wrong, but i heard they wont let jaime leave his room and hes getting daily therapy sessions,if that makes you feel better" he says with a small smile

"im surprised you didnt have to come in with someone to watch your every move" i say with a small laugh

"so am i, i guess because they kind of know me, they just let me come in alone" he says with a smile. and he puts his hand over my wrist and he plays around with it and finally gets one of my hands free and then the other one.

"vic?" i ask shakily

"yes kells"

"what are you doing?"

"shh, get up we are leaving" he says softly.

"they will come and find me, they will see you walk me out" i say and he smiles

"i can convince them, or sneak you out" he says

hes inane.

"vic, this isnt you" i say softly

"well then who am i?" he asks confused.

"you are acting differently"' i state.

-flashback.kellin pov-

"they will soon figure out you shouldnt be here, vic you shouldnt talk to people here" i say

"why not?" he asks confused

"you'll get sucked in"

"sucked in how?"

"we all have demons,and this place,brings them out to play" i say and my eyes finally meet his, then I quickly looks down.

"and how will they affect me?"

"you dont want to find out"

"yes i do" he says.

i look up and glare at him, he doesnt want to turn out like me, or even know how i feel.

"vic,trust me,you want nothing to do with any of us, go in the corner and read a food magazine and learn how to cook reality, learn how to cook cake, learn how to know if something is good or spoiled, learn when food is good,or out dated, youll find out how out to date i am, im fully expired"

-end of flashback-

the demons i told him would come to him have finally made their way to him.

"kellin, come on, lets go, live a life together" he pleads

"vic, you should leave without me, you dont need me" i say and tears start falling down my face, he shouldnt stay here as long as he has, he needs to get back to his old life, before his mom made the mistake of bringing him here.

"kellin"

"vic, leave, i'll find you later, live life, i'll be there soon" i say and i see a tear go down his face.

"i dont want to leave without you, stop being so crazy, lets go, sneak you out of here" he pleads
