All things changed when I found that stupid amulet. My family started ignoring me like I was not there at school I went from the best known football player to the one that nobody knows. My name is Walt Raven and I don't look for the strange, the strange finds me. This was how my life was before the stupid Amulet.
"Hey! What are you doing with that, put it down!" I said
"Why put it down? " says Sherman.
"Because I need it for a for a test today Sherman"
"But I want to play with I it."
"I told you once and I am NOT going to say it again. No means No."
"Oh fine ya big dummy. "
"Sherman Raven, I do not want to hear you say that again."
"Fine I'm leaving"
"I'll see you after school, OK."

When Sherman left I tried to finish packing for school so I would not be late for the bus. I grabbed my geometry book just in case Mrs.Aldrige decided to have us work
out of our books today.
As soon as I finished packing for school I ran to the door to catch the bus. Right when my foot left the steps of the porch the bus pulled up.
As I jumped up the steps my bus driver said "Good morning Walter"
"My Name is not Walter" I said
"Then what does Walt stand for?"
"It stand for Walt.
