Here We Go Again

Here we go again.

I look at you, you look away

I say hey, you say good day.

I don't know why you act this way

When before, you couldn't do anything but stay.

Now you just want to leave,

to be anywhere but next to me

I don't know why, I didn't do anything wrong

All I did was tell you

How I really feel.

I see you ignoring me,

running when I get close,

I try to say I'm sorry

I try to say I don't care

It all comes out as a whine

"I want you back, I can't live without you."

You ignore, even laugh...

Say I was never good enough

Say you never cared.

I didn't want it to end this way, it's happened before

You told me your feelings, I ran away

Now it's just the opposite

I'll try and chase you, make it better again

You'll ignore me, defy me, say I'm nothing

Just like I did....

Here we go again.
