Words, broken with tears to mend

if my heart had a tattoo

of your name all over it

letting the sun heat the

cold tears that are cascading

down my face for you

would you let me love

every breath of you

for now and ever

would you be as possessive of

my heart as my soul is for yours

oh let my tears finally rest in peace

with nothing more then your

whispered words of

'your mine, and i'll love you till

my breath ceases to breathe'

and with the heart breaking

truth of every word shining with

rare sparkles from your

beautiful green eyes

would you call me yours
