Here let me give you a background story
My mother that doesn't even deserved to be called mother left me and my sister Olivia , she left me for another man, my "father" took care of us until mom left him them he grew depressed and started to become an alcoholic, he would abuse my 5 year old sister and I who am 17 I would try to protect Olivia but it never worked, we tried to escape once but it never worked until we did 2 weeks ago here's how it went like
Dad was drinking like always not paying attention to us I told Olivia to go pack I had a plan, I knew she was going to ask questions so I told her
"No questions liv just go" she got up and started packing for her and I
I walked down stairs and see my father drinking vodka, I go to the kitchen and try to find snacks to stash for Olivia and I knew that if he caught me I'd be dead meat so I glance at him and he's dead asleep so I continue to try to find snacks then I remember that he has a secret stash so I go in that drawer and get all the snacks I could
I'm the corner of my eye I see Olivia come downstairs I knew she was going to say "done sissy" really loud because that her personality so before she could say something I mouthed to her "go upstairs" she went up and I finished packing food
I go upstairs and tell Olivia my plan
"He's asleep but we aren't going through the front door, okay liv we are going out my window"
"Otay" she replies
I go first out the window so I can help liv
I tell her to drop the suitcases and she does so , I tell her to drop the food backpack and she does that too
"Come on Olivia we don't have all day jump down" I whisper yell
"I'm scared sissy" she replies horrified
Let me just say, yes it's midnight
"Olivia now" she jumps down and I catch her
"See liv" I smile and look up my window and see my dad
I quickly tell liv to run
I grab the suitcase and the backpack and run quickly to the direction liv ran
I no longer see dad is aight so I tell liv to stop running, she stops and we just walk slow now to a close hotel
As I was walking I fell light headed so I told Olivia to stop I quickly take out water and start drinking it but it was no use because I fainted right then and there
