In the great wide open world An old tree stands
On a big hill with branches like open hands
It's giant arms fed the world around it
But then one day..the people say
Big machines came and chopped the forest away
The world was blinded by greed
And so they say they came and built
A town there but made the forest vanish
I just hope they are full of guilt
A/n I hope you liked this poem about greed that can lead to making amazing things disrepair from the earth
