Cruel No More

~8 years later~

It has been almost eight years since that day, the boys and I have become a tight knit group that no one bothered much. I still don't speak to anyone but the boys, I learned sign-language to speak to everyone else, it was just easier that way and nobody bothered me so it worked out fine. Many were families tried to adopt the boys however they refused to leave me, and seeing as I was human they wouldn't take me because they thought me weak. Little did they know I had become the alpha for lack of a better term of our little trio. The boy where the best brothers a girl could ask for very over protective but still amazing, we are all that eachother needs and that's how it has been all this time. We all graduated highly ranked in school so we all were rewarded scholarship and are now attending a small college in the Were community that accepts humans as well. We all work together at a little cafe during the afternoon and we school in the morning, at night though the fun begins and we club and hangout with the bike circuits. 

It is only days before my twentt-first birthday and the boys are avoiding me, it's really starting to get on my nerves. I saw them coming my way down the hall but when they saw me they ran, it really hurt my feelings that the only people I talked to were avoiding me. Well it was going to stop and it was going to stop now, I bypassed a few class rooms and showed up right behind them noticing that they were with a few other guys. Slapping Luis I started signing and it looked like I was having a seizure.

''Why do you keep avoiding me it's really pissing me off?''

Looking very ashamed he pointed at Gabe, I turned my scathing glare towards him when another guy walked up looking at me with surprise. I watched him out of the corner of my eye and he seemed to be irritated that I wasn't paying him any mind.

''Well what do you have to say for yourself?''

"Look... um.... I....," He sighed in defeat and looked at me straight on. "They want us to join their pack but we didn't know how to go about it with our sensitive situation.... you being our alpha and all....," Seeing me tense at the thought of these guys steping in on my pack it was all I could do not to punch him. "They aren't going to challenge you or anything they just want to offer protection by joining our two packs...,"

''So I'll be a co-alpha?"

I signed irate at the thought, I still didn't like people otherwise I would have let their friends when they asked last time.

''How am I supposed to feel when I do just fine leading us me being human be damned I am a good alpha I take care of us and I will not be challenged."

I was now on the verge of angry tears and they both knew it, the guy that walked up before was now furious so I looked at him he screamed aplha and I lost it for the first time almost speaking to someone other than the guys without signing, I sqeaked and then let him have it.

''Don't you look at me like that your challenging me and I won't have it I am their alpha wolf or not I lead them with pride and respect and you want to take it away from me,'' I was now crying angrily and poking him in the chest and he started looking around at the guys and growling. ''Don't look at them I'm the one talking to you not them.'' I felt a hand on my shoulder and i smacked it away.

"Sissy.... he is close to loosing control something about you makes him uneasy he isn't a student here he is here because we asked him for advice on how to go about this, we didn't plan on asking you until we knew what to expect but he can sence the alpha bond you formed with us and his wolf is fighting for control at not only your challenge but.....WHAT!"

The stranger spoke in a slow gutteral voice and I paled at his words, the boys had bestowed the knowledge of werewolves unto me so I knew exaclty what was going to have to happen.

"You are mine and will not speak to me in such a manner, no mate of mine will treat me with such disrespect." 

Something inside me broke at him saying that I don't know what but the pain I felt was emence and the boys could feel it radiating from me in waves their gasps were audible and they stepped in front of me in a protective manner as my vision blurred and hot tears streamed down my face. Never braking eye contact even through my tears I saw pain in the mans eyes as it intenceified in my chest I cluthched my stomache as the room began to spin and go dark.

"Sissy wake up... please please wake up."

I heard Luis mumbling in my ear I also heard growling and struggling. Then Luis was gone from my side and replaced by a wolf, I didn't know this wolf he smelled different, like cinnamon and winter green. Slowly opening my eyes to see my brothers being held down and a wolf looking very worried and intently at me with dark hazel eyes. Whimpering I backed away from the unknown wolf and into a corner, that's when i noticed I didn't know where I was it was a room I had never seen before and I was now terrified. The wolf looked very hurt but then a stoic look passed his face, I turned my head to the side studying him he was beautiful and I smile and the look on his face change.

''Where am I, why are they on my brothers, what's going on, who are you, why are we here?'' 

He cocked his head to the side, and I thought for a moment he doesn't understand me so I panic and jump to Luis and look at him and he know to translate because Gabe sucks at sign language.

''Tell him what I said....um why are you looking at me like that what did I do?"

Frowning I looked at myself to make sure I had nothing on me.

"He's your mate you talk to him, we are being held down because we both want to attack him, you look confused, umm... Gabe you wanna take this one?"

Looking at him expectantly he nodded.

"He wants you in his pack but he doesn't trust us and he can't hold human form until you are a  wolf and you except him as yours it's easy he bites you .. you turn..and then your alpha female..."

He trailed off as I stood and looked at him testing a theory I have had for quite some time, I linked my mind with his fairly easily which pissed me off they should keep their minds guarded at all times.

-Is this true?- 

He was so shocked he backed up a few steps, I narrowed my eyes at him not letting him out of my site.

-You... how...umm...yes..-

The guys were looking between the both of us in question and I sat down.

"Look I don't know if I would be a good mate so why don't we take this slowly?"

The guys where silent and their heads hung low knowing that when I resorted to speaking it was a bad sign of me being very uncomfortable and it saddened me to feel the hurt that they felt because of dissappointing me.

"Sis we are so sorry it's our fault this is happening please forgive us." 

'' I do I do I just ... I am scared I always thought about getting you to turn me but now i guess its inevitable.''

I motioned for my 'mate' to come towards me.

- I am in no way submitting to you by this happening I can feel the pain coming from you and it does hurt me as well I offer a resolve....I will let you turn me but I will not except you until I know you, for al I know your a psycho killler.- 

I said with a smile and a light laugh, he nodded as I offered him my neck and he bit down on my shoulder. Literally seeing stars I wavered slightly but kept my composer until he turned back into a human that is, I immediately averted my gaze and looked at anything but him when I felt a burn in my shoulder and i stood abruptly and ran to the window opening it and throwing up the contents of my stomache. Coming back into the room my body shuddered to life and I fell to the floor convulsing, he was at my side at once and some of the pain subsided but then the burn came back  and it hit me harder than it had before.
