Name : Katherine (kat) Bakugou
Background:
Spent most of her childhood with her bother and Izuku then went and helped her mom with her job
Quirk : (she has a few) smartness- it is always in effect and it raises her IQ too about 300 and it developed when she was born. (No draw backs)
Ghost- she can make her body and clothes pass though any substance. ( no draw backs)
Telekinesis- the power to move things with your mind. ( gives her a small headache)
