The dark dense gray fog suffocated me as I awoken. I walk over to my old dusty calendar and it told me it was July 12, 2033. It has been about a decade since anyone has seen the bright and pretty sky, my memories fail me most of the time and I can't remember if the sky was blue or purple. But what ever it was, I want it back. I remember how it felt to step outside and feel the warm sun with a gentle breeze flow. I can never forget that. At least I hope I won't be able to. I can recall the day everything happened. I was back in my study and television screen started flashing and a news anchor saying "it has happened, the end of man ki-" and all signal was lost. I heard a sound that could peal the paint off walls and shatter all the bricks behind it. The feeling that the nukes gave were unbearable. I ran to my basement and sat in the corner as I heard the loud crashes of building and screams of many people.
