Chapter 1 -New Girl

(3rd POV)

Alex Good was a shy, quite girl when she lived in Florida. She didn't have many friends. She did well in school, got straight A's and didn't get into trouble. Her and her family move to a small town called Riverdale on the Northside of town.

"Hey Mom?" Alex said in a calm voice.
"Yes sweetie?" Her mom said.
"Can you tell me when we get there" she said now tired.
"Of course" She said to her daughter.
"Thanks" was all Alex said as she fell into a peaceful sleep.

Not much happened on the way to their new home. Soon Alex woke up on her own as they were just about to get the the house. For some odd reason Alex felt nervous. She didn't know why she felt this way. Her mom eventually told her to get her things out of the car and pick a room. The house was not the big but not small. It was just the right size for a family of three. Alex went up the stairs and found a room. She set the boxes down and went back down stairs. She went to go talk to her mom.

"Hey Mom, can I go for a walk" Alex said.
"Sure sweetie, be careful" her mom said.

And with that Alex was out the door. It was quite with the exception of a few people yelling. It didn't really bother her as she was used to it. She kept walking untill she heard things breaking. This was all coming from one house. Alex grew curious and went up to the front door of the house. She knocked on the door a few times but stopped when someone answered. It was a middle-aged man and he asked what she wanted.

"Is everything ok sir" Alex said with a worried tone.
"Yes why wouldn't they be" he said still angry.
"I heard yelling, and wanted to be sure" she said
"It's none of your business,NOW LEAVE" he said yelling.

He slammed the door in her face. Alex left and kept discovering the town.
