Unlike all his colleagues, Asoma never missed out on the other part of being a native of "Jamestown". Enjoying the breeze  while resting on his mat on the  vase compound in front of his house. Asoma knows very well the number of mosquitoes he'll battle in the quest to have  rest. He does not really consider that, its not his first. Aside all the risk he's very well aware of the danger he's exposed to if he should get the "malalia" disease the young doctors who visited his school spoke about. He remembers clearly that it was a Monday morning and before then they had been informed on the Friday that there were some people to discuss a very important issue. They all wanted to know what this issue was. With the very morning dew all students were off to school which was very unusual. The elders who rose up early morning to the farm wondered what was going to happen at school that has got their wards so excited. The Headmaster made it clear the punishment for those who will miss out on school that very Monday. At 8am in the morning all classes were full to capacity. The Headmaster assembled these students with the famous sound of the bell. They gathered on the compound and this meeting was scheduled for the morning since Jamestown LA Junior High School  didn't have an assembly hall that could contain all these students. The Nurses from the local hospital said a lot that morning. And they made it clear a particular type of mosquito was responsible for the malaria parasite and he couldn't really remember. Anyway I've to quit these thoughts after all they said we should come every time we ill and with this insurance card I can receive treatment.
He watched the moon and counted the stars. Then he remembered the story of how someone was ordered by God to count the stars and on the last count he failed and died. He hasn't believed that growing up though but he thinks its impossible to count the stars. It then dawned on him that Saturday was some hours away and he was going to the farm early morning. He was a bit excited knowing this time his four friends would join him.
