Darkness. Darkness is all I see. It's been like this for weeks. Just in case you're wondering, no, I'm not blind. I'm ina cage, locked in a closet. And no, my parents didn't do this to me. They did. I don 't have parents, as far as I know. My whole life, I've been experimented on by evil scientists at a place called, the school. The reason that they locked me ina dark closet is because, a few days ago, I tried to escape and I was caught by erasers. Erasers are half human, half wolf hybrids that basically do the scientist's bidding. I'm also a hybrid, but I'm not like them. I'm a human-avian hybrid. Meaning, I have wings, hollow bones, and basically all the things that help birds fly. I haven't always been alone, there used to be others. It's been so long that I can't remeber their names. They were just like me, wings and all. Well, I do remember one of them, his name was Fang. Fang and I were best friends and we were always together. One day, a scientist named Jeb, took us away from this terrible place. A few years after that, he disapeared. We all knew that he was dead, we just didn't say it. A few months ago, a group of earasers found us. I don't remember exactly what happened, but somehow they got me back here. Why does it smell like something's burning? Suddenly, the door falls down and nearly crushes me. I look up and I see someone I thought I would never see again.
