I've messed up big,

and now it's time to go,

I'm sorry mom, I'm sorry dad,

It's time to take control,

I'm on this bridge edge,

Ready to go home,

As I scream to the sky,

Why am I alone,

Sometimes I feel as if I'm a clone,

Left to survive where love was not shown,

So as I stand there, battered and thrown,

I start to step off, into the unknown

In my next life, I'll make you so proud,

In my next life, I'll be a perfect child,

In my next life, I'll be anything but wild,

But until then, I'll be looking down from the clouds,

As I step of the edge,

falling ever so slowly,

My mind starts saying things,

That made me feel homely,

I remembered my mom telling me,

Just how much she loved me,

My dad tickling my sides,

Boy those times were crazy,

The love that we shared,

The smiles that were shown,

I had finally remembered,

They love that was so known,

As I remembered I was falling,

Into enternal rest,

A tear falls out of my eye,

As the move I made was a big regret,

I was about to hit the water,

I wipe the slate clean,

"I love you mom, I love you dad,"

Then I woke up from my dream.
