Moonlights Quest

Chapter One

Moonlight felt warm and fuzzy when she got up.She did not know what it was and why she was so close to it,but she felt safe. As moonlight was thinking she heard a voice..it was gentle and soft like warm milk,"my my,I see your awake my little one!" She looked up to see her mother smiling, than looked to her left to see her sister still asleep on the padded grass under them."Sister,sister get up!" Moonlight said still trying to not fall back to sleep,"Its time to wake up!".Moonlight nuzzled her sister with her snout."hm.." Her sister said turning away,"no..I don't wanna go haunting mom!". Moonlight looked at her and laughed,so did there mother"pfft,come on little one,if you wanna play you must get up." Right when her mother had said those words she jumped up,"play!?,oh I wanna play!" Said midnight (moons sister) "than come on,you must eat first. Go to the back of the cave,I think there's some rabbit and crows from yesterdays haunt." Before moonlight could even get up her sister had dashed to the back saying "Whoever is the last one to the rabbit is a stinky cat!" Moonlight finally got up and ran,than she realized she wings."Oh yeah,I could beat her by flying there!" Moonlight opened her wings and flew off.She flew past midnight and landed right by the pill."Beat you!" Said moonlight,so proud of herself that she won once again."Hey,that's cheating! You know I can't fly!" Midnight pouting,and than looked down at her paws. "Hey its okay sister,you and me could share the rabbit!",Moonlight
said smiling."r-really?" "really" moonlight and midnight shared the rabbit,moonlight and midnight took a phew mouth fulls,than went back to there mother.
