Here's a timeline to help figure out where Annabella would be with the batboys. Also know I'm taking quite a few liberties with the timelines and mashing stuff together so if some of these don't make sense then I'm sorry blame DC for not having solid timelines(looking at you Barry)
Annabella is 3 years younger than Dick, 1 year younger than Jason, possibly 1 or 2 years older than Tim and 5 years older than Damian.
Annabella is 5 when Dick gets adopted
When she's 7 she gets her powers
When she's 11 the Young Justice team gets formed(tv show)
When she's 12 Jason gets adopted
When she's 13 Jason dies and she trains to become Shadow along with Tim
When she's 15 going on 16 she gets homeschooled and works on starting up her sanctuary.
When she's 16 she becomes the new Question after her mentor passes away and the reach invasion happens
When she's 17 Damian shows up dies and comes back when she's almost/is 18
When she's 20 going on 21 she gets into a relationship with Kaldur
More stuff comes after she gets with Kaldur but nothing that would need a timeline thingy. I hope this helps as you read.
