For Most People Fitting into Jail, is harder than trying to get out of Jail. But me? I fit in Jail more than Amy Winehouse fits into rehab.

"Dude, what are you discussing with your mom? You've been on the phone for almost half hour." As I heard his grumbling voice, I realized it was Dylan's.

"Could you be quiet for a minute, my mom doesn't want to hear your annoying voice." I heard Kyle say hastily. I closed my eyes bracing myself for the chaos that was about to happen, I saw Dylan swing a punch and I just got there in time to block it from Kyle's face. I blocked the punch with my hand and it left the room silent.

Dylan was 17 Like me, but Kyle was only 13. We was in Juvie, and once you turned 18 we would go to Jail, we was all scared of that although we would never admit it. Kyle blinked in shock, his eyes looking to me and back to Dylan,as if he had missed it all.

"Kyle? Baby, are you okay?" A woman's static voice was heard through the phone, which was now dangling over the table, I guessed it was his mom and it was like he had suddenly been brought back to reality.

"I'm here mom. Sorry, Carry on." Kyle said hurriedly and I brought Dylan back to my cell.

"What was that about?" I asked, raising my voice slightly as I was angry. I understand, we all have our ups and downs etc, and that Kyle always sees his mom every day when the rest of us can't but picking on a 13 year-old is just cruel.

Dylan's green eyes looked up to mine, and he actually looked ashamed. "Since. Since, I can't deal with it." he stammered skipping from one sentence to another.

"Spit it out." I said, I didn't want to be rude it was just I was in a rush.

"Ican'tcopewithShannongone." He said quickly and I saw his cheeks flush slightly and I looked everywhere but his face. I stayed silent.

"I can't cope with Shannon gone." He said it properly now,and I could hear the hurt in his voice I think he repeated it again because he said it so fast he thought I didn't hear what he had said but as soon as I heard Shannon's name, I knew what was wrong.

Shannon had gone into Jail two weeks ago, She's 5 months older than Dylan and they had built a strong relationship pretty quickly. Dylan came here when he was 15 for Breaking and Entering, Fraud and Violence. His sentence is 12 years, and the first month he had came he had started a fight with nearly everyone in Jail, adding months and years onto his sentence. Shannon came and as they got closer, Dylan's violent side had almost vanished. He was still edgy at times, but he had become a nice person. At least until two weeks ago when Shannon had to go to jail.

I nodded silently. "I heard the first time." Dylan didn't say anything.

"Look, I understand what it's like to be separated from the person, or people you love. In here, we all do, so does Kyle and that's why he got so hasty when you interrupted his call. He's only 13, god. What was you thinking Dylan?"
