Dead Leaves

dead leaves fall

It was a cold winter's morning, another day of repeat and replay, birds singing just outside Hayley's window
Hayley: "oh would you birds go away already, I've hardly had any sleep as it is, without you disturbing my sleep"
Hayley got out of bed and opened the window to shoo away the birds. As she opened the window something wasn't right, she heard her name being called
"Hayley, I miss you"!
With that Hayley quickly shut the window and hid under her blanket
Hayley: " what in the bloody hell was that!? That voice sounded so similar but who's?"
Mum: "Hayley is everything alright up there? I heard a bang?"
Hayleys mum walking up the stairs to find out what happened, as mum went to open the door Hayley leaped out of bed and trapped the door with her body strength
Mum: "Hayley is everything alright in there? Hayley?! This door won't budge"
Hayley: "yes mum everything is fine, don't worry "
Mum: "alright then, I'll be downstairs if you need me dear"
Hayley checks the keyhole through her bedroom door until she hears those voices once again
"Hayley! Hayley help! Please don't ignore me!
As the voices kept going on Hayley turned her back to the door and slowly slid her back down the door, grabbing her head and pulling her hair
Hayley: "leave me alone! I said leave me ALONE!"
With that said the voices stopped as if they got startled by her voice
Mum: "Hayley!! Are you alright honey!!?"
Mum quickly ran up the stairs open the door gently, knowing Hayley would be behind the door.
Mum : " Hayley are you ok? Are you hurt?"
With mum carrying on non stop asking Hayley all these questions, Hayley slowly looked up to her mum.
Mum:" Hayley...? Your..nose..i..t.. it's bleeding.. Hayley?
Hayleys eyesight got blurry and then blackout, her whole body fell like an autumn's leaf.
Mum: "Hayley!!? Hayley!?"
Hayleys mum gently approach Hayley and scooped her off the floor and placed her on mum's lap, holding Hayley like a baby, gently grabbing Hayley's hair out of her face
Mum: "Hayley please wake up! Please.."
With mum giving up on the last please, eyes filled up with tears until a sudden breeze blew Hayley's hair, which was a piece of hair that mum didn't move. A couple of letters appeared on Hayley's face..
Mum: " Hayley wake up, your scaring me! Hayl..."
Before mum could say Hayley's full name a voice appeared with the letters
"Help me, save me, don't leave me "
Hayleys mum shoved hayley off her lap in horror.. Hayley was coughing
*Cough cough*
Hayley: " wha...what happened? MU.."
Before Hayley could shout for her mum, although mum was in the room, Hayley coughed up blood, more spilled out as if she was cut from the inside out.
Mum:" HAYLEY??!" Mum shouted with horror as Hayley turned pale like a ghost.
Hayley: "...mum..help.." Hayley collapsed for the second time.
Mum: " Hayley what's happening!!? Please wake up, please..!"
Mum shaking her wanting Hayley to wake up.
Mum scooped her up from the floor until a balcony smoke appeard from where Hayley had laid.. "help..me, save me, don't leave me"
Mum: "go away! Do you hear me? Go away and leave my precious daughter alone! She has no right to be going through the right now, sinse me and my husband..."
Mum filling up with tears of hurt, " just leave her alone ok? I'm begging you, she's all I have left"
Mum walked don't stairs and placed Hayley onto the sofa, ringing for an ambulance, stroking Hayley's hair out of her face.

Not long after the ambulance had arrived and collect Hayley and her mum.
Nurse: " tell me the event's which led up to this please"
Mum: " um she had a nose bleed then fainted, she woke up after I put her in my lap then I placed her on the floor again and then she woke up because she had collapsed again..and the she..
Beep! Beep! Beep!
Nurse:" drive faster we're losing her!"
Mum: " what's happening to my daughter!!?" Tears making her eyesight blurry.
Nurse:" she's losing blood and lots of it!" The nurse was in panic as much as Hayley's mum.
Desperately finding where the blood is coming from..
