Bus Encounter

    I continue to read the worn book in my hands. However, as I read the words on each and every delicate page, my bus seat groans as more weight was added. Pulled out of my book, I turn my head and see a guy. He...wow. He had black hair, gorgeous electric blue eyes, and to top it off was a small smile.
"Hey. Your Rosetta right?" He says curiously. I smile and nod, pretending not to be creeped out by this stranger knowing my fucking name. "Yeah...and you are?" I say as curiosity then filled my body. He seems...familiar almost. I know him from somewhere....but yet I don't know him at all.
He sees my curiosity and chuckles before answering. "I'm Jamie. Remember? I am in your science group in Mr.Miller's class. ", he states. I raise a brow in confusion before memories flooded before my eyes. But...that didn't happen.... I shrug it off and giggle. "Sorry...I guess I....wasn't paying attention...?" I say. However, it turns out into more of a question than a statement. I put on a fake smile and look around awkwardly. He chuckles and nodded. "It happens. " he states kindly.
The bus stops, allowing my best friend Joseph to get on. His sky blue eyes fill with excitement and his blonde hair bounces as he makes it up the last step. I smile and wave him over, and point to a seat with a random girl. Eh, that won't matter. He rushes over and sits down quickly. "Hey Rosy! " he looks beside me and somewhat glares. Odd...
"HEY! GET OUT MY SEAT NERD!" says the random girl. I look behind Joseph and see the girl, obviously pissed. "Hey, don't yell ok Ariel?" Says the one and only, Jamie....somethin. She eyes him up and down and sees me before growling. "You take your little boyfriend here and fuck off! I say whatever the fuck I want!" My grip tightens on the book in my hands that I actually forgot was there.
I open my mouth to say something, but got interrupted by the new rolling thunder and a crack of lightning. But....it's not raining...I thought. The bus then starts to flood with water. "What the?!" I then grabbed Joseph's hand as well as Jamie's. He grabbed Ariel's hand, and surprisingly she didn't fucking scream. I then started to tear up, thinking this was it...
