This is an AU that myself and SevenWritesALot have. All characters belong to Aphmau, aside from Calvin and Alena. Those two belong to Seven and I.

Calvin looked over to the girl sitting beside him. He was currently sitting on his best friend Alena's bed, half of a laptop rested on his leg. The other half was placed on the body beside his' leg, splitting the weight of the device equally between the two. Alena's eyes were fixated on the horror movie playing on the screen in front of them. Calvin loved her deep auburn eyes that sometimes glistened in the light. Alena's long raven was braided down her back, and a few loose strands that fell lose framed her face.

Calvin reached over and tucked an escaped strand behind her ear. Alena's cheeks reddened at the gesture, making Calvin pull his hand away. The two continued to look at each other long after the pink haired boy moved away. Still holding her gaze, Alena grabbed hold of the hand that was placed at Calvin's side.

"S-sorry Al, it seemed to be bothering you." Calvin said in hopes to ease the awkwardness in the air. He gripped Alena's hand back.

"Thanks." The girl turned her attention back to the screen, her hand still intertwined with Calvin's.

Calvin kept his bright blue eyes on the girl's freckled face. It took only a few seconds for the blue eyes to be met with brown. Alena looked at Calvin, noticing the slight blush which arose when he was caught staring. The teens' entangled hands gripped another harder as Calvin shifted to his knees. Neither paid any attention to the laptop as it slid onto the mattress.

Its now or never, Calvin thought as Alena rose to her knees. Despite their usual height difference, the two were at perfect eye level. Shou- no, don't make things awkward. Alena smiled and chuckled softly at the very flustered boy. Ah, fuck it.

Calvin quickly leaned in and connected his lips with Alena's. The slightly younger girl immediately kissed back. They disconnected their hands, instead placing them over each other's shoulders. The only sound in the darkened room was the movie still playing on the laptop.

Realizing they needed air, the two broke the kiss. It hadn't lasted long, a few seconds at best, but Calvin couldn't have asked for a better first kiss.

"So," The Ro'Meave boy started to speak, disrupting the comfortable silence. "I hope this doesn't sound strange," The teens entwined their hands once again, chuckling. "But how does being my girlfriend sound?"

Another kiss was the only answer he needed.
