It was that time when Yumi finally got her Hogwarts letter. "Mom!! i just got my Hogwarts letter!!" Yumi yelled. She ran down the staircase as she jumped in her mother's arms.
" I'm so happy dear, just wait until your father hears about this." Her mother said. Yumi immediately had sudden thoughts of fear and anxiety. Mother and Father were both in Gryffindor. What if i get put in Slytherin? Will they disown me? What if they hate me?She then realized that all those thoughts of doubt were wrong. Yumi's parents would do anything for her and they would love her no matter what. She then took a deep breath and opened up her letter.
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry Headmaster: Albus Dumbledore (Order of Merlin, First Class, Grand Sorc., Chf. Warlock, Supreme Mugwump, International Confed. of Wizards) Dear Miss Stein, We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment. Term begins on September 1. We await your owl by no later than July 31. Yours sincerely, Minerva McGonagall Deputy Headmistress. First-year students will require: 1.Three sets of plain work robes (black) 2.One plain pointed hat (black) for day wear 3.One pair of protective gloves (dragon hide or similar) 4.One winter cloak (black, with silver fastenings) Please note that all pupil's clothes should carry name tags. Yumi then asked her mom, "Where will we find all this?" Her mother then replied with Diagon Alley. Her mother was so excited for this day to come. She always loved shopping, but Yumi was always against it.
