3 more weeks until I can see B, Madison told her roommate Elissa. They were in Baltimore, at a gifted camp. Madison was from Long Island, NY and Elissa was from Tokyo, Japan. Madeline was anxious because she has had a crush on B since last year at her camp in her second home in the hamptons. She was a sailor, in the competitive Optimist boat. He was older, in the equally as competitive Laser boat. They met when he went to Opti[mist] champs in Connecticut and she was racing. They were on the race course when she was moving past him and they exchanged a laugh since he hadn't been in an Opti for at least 2 years. Ever since that moment, she has liked him. But then she somehow ends up in Baltimore for half the summer and cuts down on her time with him. Her roommate, Elissa was helping her get through this time as she increased her anxiety of seeing him again.
